Hello, I took algaecal for 2 years, didn't do anything for me. Strontium gave me heart palpitations, had to stop that.

Has Anyone Had Fracture T6 That Has Healed In Time

I have got T6 fracture.a collapsed vertibra. I have suffered terrible pain but now after 5 months it's more deep aches. It's like a very tight band round my ribs and back. I have to lay down and rest till pain and ache ease. I cancelled operation has so many risks. I am hoping it will gradually heal and the pain lesson. I try not take pain relief has not much help. I just get ltitle info of the different Consultants. Please share if you can any information to help me. Thankyou for reading.

I am vegetarian, I had hypercalcaemia and hyperparathyroidism, I now have osteoporosis as a result. I had a parathyroid ectomy. Can I improve the bone density in my spine with diet and exercise? I have been doing a few muscle exercises. And when I went for my hip accessment . My bad hip had quite a bit of resistance. Great for recovery for hip replacement.
