Has Anyone Been On Tymolos And If So, What Were Your Results.
I took Forteo for two years with a reclast infusion every year thereafter until 2022. Slight improvement in my hips and neck, no improvement in my spine. Started Tymlos in 2022 and finished this year. No improvement. Also take Vitamin D and calcium. I do weight bearing (dance) 5 days a week and walk 4 to 6 miles 3 days a week. I have not had any fractures.
If we don't laugh, we cry, right? Sorry for all your troubles. I'm going to see my osteoporosis specialist next week so I'll see what he recommends and post it.
Tymlos
Has anyone tried Tymlos? My doctor wants me to use it for 2 years. I have osteoporous and a bone disease called hypophosphatasia.
Just wondering what problems you may have had with it.

I was on for two years with no benefit but no side effects as well. I ended up with four months of unused Tymlos when I was all through. Tried to give it away and was told that was illegal.

Tymlos And Belly Fat?
Has anyone using Tymlos experienced belly fat? I have used it almost 24 months and noticed it. Otherwise, I am lean elsewhere. Will appreciate results but don't like this SE.
How Did You Choose Your Treatment?
I went against my endo's recommendation and choose what I thought to be the least invasive drug with the fewest side effects after I was unable to take Fosamax. I am currently taking Evista, Ca and Vit D but I am scheduled for my second bone scan. I am hoping to have made progress but my doctor is not hopeful. He wants me to choose between Forteo and Tymlos. He says I am not building bone and these are the best options for this issue. I don't want to take any of these drugs because of all the… read more
