I was told to use wrist weights or a weighted vest. Anyone else?

Another good idea is to join a nearby community center or local YMCA that has a pool and actively participate in water aerobics. The water effect on your joints helps the joints feel better and stronger. A nice side effect is being able to socialize with similar age people and getting some insight as to how to handle shared health issues.

Has Anyone Used A Weighted Vest To Add More Weight When Walking, Exercising? Did It Improve Bone Density?
