Pain Under Left Breast

A MyOsteoTeam Member asked a question 💭
Sydney, AU

Has anyone got pain radiating from the back ( maybe spine?), to under the left breast? It is not a heart issue. Not there all the time but when it comes on it doesn't last for long but feels like when you have a stitch or a mini cramp.

I wear alot of long skirts with elastic waist. 3/4 coats & slacks with elastic waist waist.
Comfortable shoes mainly joggers. I am over 70. I like to experiment with different colour combinations. I get a few stares.

Yes, cramps that are intense! For me, I have had height loss and with that comes my organs and lungs being squished. Nice big belly too, everything has nowhere to go but out! Although, I live in a seniors building and others have the same thing, they don't have osteoporosis.

Hi Beau, the pain should go away. I get pains in the night & they usually go away.
