So I decided to take a break from taking Celebrex arthritis medication for a while. Anyway, I’m looking for a supplement to take for joint pain and my osteoarthritis. What does everyone else take? Brand names of supplements, not just like MSM, Curcumin etc, but mgs and brand names too please. Thank you.

Collagen either capsule or powder mixed in coffee or smoothies has been a game changer for me. Joint pain greatly diminished. Make sure it is collagen peptides, grass fed and pasture raised. Also, turmeric with black pepper is a natural anti-inflammatory. Check Costco and Walmart for best prices.
