Has Anyone Had A Frozen Shoulder/bursitis? What Did You Do To Be Able To Use Your Arm?

I have had two frozen shoulders (one with bursitis) and I was on pain meds and physical therapy for 8 months and 12 months. I still have to stretch them every day, but pain is minimal and range of motion good. I’m sorry, I know it’s very painful.

I had one years ago. Very painful and therapy brought the use of my shoulder back and the pain gone.

I have Cortizone injections on my shoulder that really helped. Just had one on hip bursitis. I had a hip replacement 10 years ago quests the bursitis is from that
