Yes, epsom salt does help. But I use bio cream on my legs at night, it helps me sleep. It is now available in pharmacies without a prescription.
Hope this helps.💚☘️

I believe us as women get arthritis in our later years. I also a sore sometimes. I go to the Y 3x a week to Silver sneakers classes. Balance, strength, and cardio.. they seem to help the pain. I also take a bath in Epsom salt.which has magnesium in it.. it soothes the uncomfortable arthritis pain..
hope this helps
Stay well
