Kendall Malloy Chicago, IL Hi Team. Before The Dr. Insists On Medical Intervention, What Are Good K2 &/or Collagen I Could Try?
Hi Kendal, as far as collagen I was told by a holistic person we need the X peptide.. I didn’t know bc there’s so many. He said make sure you see X on the container.. that’s for skin and bones
Hope this is helpful
Have a good day
Hi Kendall! I am actually from Illinois too, but living in So. Calif. now. I was on several tablets, such as Fosamax, and Actonel. These did nothing for me (evidently). All the while I was on supplements to build bone. They didn't. I am now taking a D3+K-2 supplement and am on Prolia (shots) 2X year. I am having a DEXA scan in August. I am very hopeful this will improve my score.
Hi @A MyOsteoTeam Member. I have been using Sparkle Wellness Osteo Boost Collagen Powder for about a year now. Recently I saw that Dr Mary Claire Haver an OB/GYN who has now opened a clinic just for menopausal women endorses this product. I have not had a bone density scan since starting this product but will later this year. Obviously I’m hoping for some positive results!! I’m sorry to hear that you are having to possibly consider bone drugs. I hope you find a way around that as I know you’ve been doing well for a long time using natural methods. Your story has definitely been an inspiration for me to stay the natural course. 🤗
Marie, thank you so much. I appreciate your help. Have a great day. HUGS. Kendall Malloy

Has Anyone Ever Tried Collagen X Peptide To Help With Osteoporosis? I'm Looking Into It If So, Which Ones? Thank You. Kendall Malloy
I'm Still Using Vitamin Supplements Over 2 Years Later. If I Want To Incorporate Vitamin K2, How Much Do I Need? Thanks Everyone. Kendall
