Spring is certainly here. The gardeners placed compost on the garden during the autumn, and the tulips were the best I have seen here.
I attempted to clear a patch this morning by sitting on the seat of the walker and placing the unwanted into the rubbish bins. It was much easier on my back.

Sometimes the individual vertebrae in your back, fracture. That is painful and it takes 3-4 months to heal. Very painful!

I’m doing well ( no new fractures ) for having Osteoporosis.
