I take acetaminophen for pain. Sometimes I run warm water over my hands. I do gentle motions with my hands & fingers. Some gentle exercises with my hands & fingers. I mesage (sp) my hands, rub my fingers. I stop holding on to the cell phone or whatever. Give my hands a rest. Hugs. London ♥️
