Has Anyone Had A Trabecular Bone Score ? I Know We All Have The DEXA ( Bone Density).
I spoke with my doctor and he said it only does the spine, but that because I also have degenerated osteoarthritis, I would not be a candidate for this test.
What Type Of Doctor Do You Go To For Osteoporosis? (after Diagnosed)
I was diagnosed via a Dexascan by my GYN. She has since retired, and I would prefer someone who is trained in osteoporosis.

Bilateral Nerve Firing Both Sides Lower Back
Hello I'm looking for advice... 4 osteosporotic breaks which started 3yrs ago. Have lots of pain but now pulsating nerve spasms both sides of lower back. Can hardly get in or out of bed. Also nerve firing all round ribcage. Im used to living with chronic pain but this new bilateral spasms have taken to whole new level.
I don't take meds... Only good diet Adcal vit D.
Also tummy sticking out.
I admit I spend hrs looking for answers to no avail. Any replies would be so appreciated.

Evenity
Has anyone tried or is trying Evenity? I've been on Prolia for 2 1/2 years, and bones still got worse. Reading about this Evenity, I'm scared to death on taking it. Only 1 hospital out of all in my area will even give it, and to see in clinical trials women died of heart attacks and / or strokes, and the FDA at first would not even approve it..... I think I would fare better with more fractures. Sounds like it's scary stuff

Magnesium And Crohn's Disease?
I have Crohn's disease, so I can't taje magnesium. It give me more diahrrea, Is there another supplement with simiar benefits without the adverse side effects?
would it be possible to take a very low dosage of magnesium on a trial basis to see what happens?
