Has Anyone Tried Collagen Peptides To Help With Osteoporosis And Osteoarthritis?
I am also taking collagen powder from Amazon on and off, but can’t say whether it has been helpful. Mostly doing it for skin and hair.
Anyone With Chronic Pain Need Some Help?
I saw an article on chronic pain in the October/November issue of AARP. It mentioned asking your provider to refer you to a pain center that is affiliated with a medical school. Apparently they take a more holistic approach.

Does Anyone In The Group Have Lupus Or/and Anti Phospholipid Syndrome?
I have both and have recently found out that lupus (systemic lupus erythematosus or SLE) can cause osteoporosis. My rheumatologist has never told me that, I found it out on Google. Lupus can cause many horrible side effects and I get a lot of them, but osteoporosis was never mentioned. 🙁
No one ever told me that I would end up looking nine months pregnant with triplets either due to kyphosis of the spine. I'm having to buy new clothes as all my old ones are too tight

Hi. I Have Osteoporosis, Kyphosis And Spinal Stenosis.
I'm 73, but not old (definitely not old!). I'm looking to buy an armchair to best support my back as it aches all the time and I have an ungainly clomp now when I walk. I'm bewildered by the plethora of armchairs on offer and, of course, every manufacturer is at pains to tell me theirs are the preferred choice. I'd be grateful for feedback from anyone with similar conditions who has a positive experience with a particular style of chair. Many thanks, Lee 🕊
