Has Anyone Used A Wrap Type Brace For Lower Back Pain?
Everyday I have lower back pain, partly from OA. I am thinking maybe one of those stretchy wrap brace might help. Does anyone use one? I know if I put my hand at my lower back it feels better with some support. Thanks

Alendronate
Does any one experience more pain on the day and the next ….after taking the weekly dose age?
I am keeping a journal and this happens after I take my weekly dose….and then two days later …I am back to the normal level of pain. Today was the dosage day….and I am HURTING!!!!

Just Asking About Reclast Infusion.
I did the reclast in February. My right arm tingled for about 6 weeks. I have ra also. My parathyroid was alittle high. Now I am going to have to have total hip replacement. I haven't fallen. My hip collapse and I thought I was having a ra flare. But the xray from 2018 till now are severe. Anyone else have any issues with the reclast

Reclast Side Effects?
I had chills that were unreal, some vomiting, felt very weak like I would easily black out, fatigue overall I was MISERABLE and scared for 24 hours. I felt somewhat disoriented. I am really hesitant to try again. Others?

DEXA. Bone Scan
When I have my bone scan, I notice they only scan my L1 in my spine and I think they should scan more such as the L3 or L4, they also scan my left arm and hip.
Does anyone else have more than the L1 done on their spine?
