Im really not sure about taking Evinity injections. I have a leaking vein in my left leg, hx of Pulmonary Embolus (mother)
I have not be on any medication, my doctor wants to me to have injections, reading about any of the injections, it talks about using these when other medications have not worked. I also do not like what I see about side effects

Has anyone tried or is trying Evenity? I've been on Prolia for 2 1/2 years, and bones still got worse. Reading about this Evenity, I'm scared to death on taking it. Only 1 hospital out of all in my area will even give it, and to see in clinical trials women died of heart attacks and / or strokes, and the FDA at first would not even approve it..... I think I would fare better with more fractures. Sounds like it's scary stuff

My naturopath recommends 1 teaspoon of gelatin per day, but I think , that agar agar is a better option, started with 1/2 tsp, as it has also other minerals and is more
natural. I make a jelly or adding a bit to my porridge.
Not sure if that is a good way with no side effects?

I have recenyhaf vertigo and been doing physio for that. Much better now and wanting to exercise for osteoporosis in back which was diagnosed after cracked back from lifting a heavy object. Had onejptokis but won't continue cos of side effects also actenol tzbd same discontinue bad side effects.

I went to a Chiropractor years before I was diagnosed. Wasn't sure how they feel about adjusting osteoporosis patients

What specific exercises help to reverse or prevent osteoporosis from getting worse
Also coffee intake. Is two cups per day(large) too much coffee

I have osteopenia and was prescribed Prolia. Decided to seek another opinion and referred to an exercise physiologist. Undertaking exercise program In an attempt to stop progression. Has anyone else tried this and how successful was it?

I am some what frustrated and cannot fathom living like this another 40 yrs of continuous back pain, if I should live that long. I am asking this because I cannot take pain meds of any sort. My daughters have told me to get CBD oil to help relax and sleep at night. I refused to take Forsamax after doing some research it also doesn’t seem to be the right treatment for me.
