Osteoporosis Exercise
Have seen "heel drops" suggested as effective exercise for osteoporosis. After trying it several days, I have extreme lower back pain. Anyone have this experience?

Has Anyone Mastered Getting Out Of A Jacuzzi Tub?
Have always gotten pain relief from our Jacuzzi tub. It is eDy to get into but so hard to stand up from tub and then climb out.

Should I Take Meds Or Not.
Had one and only Prolia shot back in 2021...caused back pain which eventually went away...Went on Actonel for 6 weeks and started neck pain. (did PT and sterioid shot). Neck not the same but definitely able to live with it. Dr. said one had nothing to do with the other. Been fine until 2 weeks ago.Back pain came out of nowhere... hoping MRI does not show compression fracture. Any advice for severe lower back pain and should I go back on Actonel. Anyone With Chronic Pain Need Some Help?
I saw an article on chronic pain in the October/November issue of AARP. It mentioned asking your provider to refer you to a pain center that is affiliated with a medical school. Apparently they take a more holistic approach.
