What Foods Are Good For Bone Health &"what Good Foods Are To Be Avoided?

A MyOsteoTeam Member asked a question 💭
Sandy Lake, PA

I have been doing research on bone health & food. I have cut my full pot of coffee every day to just a cup a couple of times a week. One article said to use decalf. Another said decalf was acidic & bad for bone health. One article said eat beans another said don't because they block calcium absorption. Eat greens for natural calcium, then dont because a compound in them blocks calcium absorption. So what do we eat for bone health????

Specialist said take Vitamin D rest for 3 months allowed 15 minutes on exercise bike as that won’t have any weight bearing on knee. Should I be going to my Dr for… read more
