Hi. I Have Osteoporosis, Kyphosis And Spinal Stenosis.
I'm 73, but not old (definitely not old!). I'm looking to buy an armchair to best support my back as it aches all the time and I have an ungainly clomp now when I walk. I'm bewildered by the plethora of armchairs on offer and, of course, every manufacturer is at pains to tell me theirs are the preferred choice. I'd be grateful for feedback from anyone with similar conditions who has a positive experience with a particular style of chair. Many thanks, Lee 🕊

Supplements
So I decided to take a break from taking Celebrex arthritis medication for a while. Anyway, I’m looking for a supplement to take for joint pain and my osteoarthritis. What does everyone else take? Brand names of supplements, not just like MSM, Curcumin etc, but mgs and brand names too please. Thank you.

I have enough calcium in my blood.

Molar Tooth Extraction On Fosamax ?

best I see so far is a book "Healthy Bones Healthy You" as I am a healthy eating and healthy living person. So far a lot of info to digest and decide what is best for my situations
